Mona Ramamurthy is a California-based professional who is knowledgeable in employment law, economics, the technology industry, and human resources. She is currently based in Los Altos, CA, and works as a People Consultant Manager with Google. She, along with her team of seven like-minded individuals, provide support and assistance to over 10,000 Cloud employees with Google. She previously led another seven-person team for Google in the Learning & Development (L&D) division; after the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Mona was responsible for quickly and efficiently transitioning in-person learning sessions into virtual learning sessions in a record amount of time. She also used her extensive knowledge of employment law to advise VPs and other senior leaders across the organization on people priorities and personnel situations.
